Haley's Confirmation

We are so proud of Haley as she continues her journey with her faith.

Grandma Tyler (Sponsor), Haley

She is all grown up! :~)

After mass at church we went to Grandma and Grandpa Tyler's for dinner and cake to celebrate Miranda and Haley's special days this week. We always enjoy spending time with the family.

Blake is so kissable and Aunt Melinda just couldn't resist!

Blake and Beets

Blake tried pickled beets with his dinner tonight. We all got a laugh out of it.

Let's try this out!

Why are my eyes twitching???

Thumbs up!

Miranda's Confirmation

Miranda is growing up into such a wonderful young lady. I was honored to be her sponsor for this wonderful event.

Miranda, Bishop Murray, Monica

Melinda taught us a new way to eat a cupcake. Split the cake in half and make a little sandwich. She was so clever and as you can see we had some fun with it! She informed us one of her friends showed her this nifty trick. :~)

Indiana Fun!

We wanted to thank Nathan, Alecia, Gavin, Whittney and Aleigha for opening their home to us this weekend. We were also very happy to be able to visit with Megan, Tom, Olivia, Evelyn, Grant, Andy, Holly, Aubrey, Aunt Sue, and Uncle Pat.

The girls busy creating.

Gavin

Oh, brothers!! :~)

Whittney, Chloe and Aleigha's bread creations.

Aleigha eating popcorn. Yum...Yum....

Chloe and Whittney loved their bedtime set-up. Nothing like popcorn, a movie, and comfy in a tent.

Gavin and Tyler with some Wii time.

Tyler and Gavin fell asleep in the basement and stayed there all night. Tyler informed us in the morning that he woke in the middle of the night and forgot where he was and got a little freaked out when the first thing he saw was a deer on the wall. LOL....

Chloe and Whittney

Cool tent!

It was a little too cold for Blake to spend time outside since he is still getting over his sinus infection, but he enjoyed watching all the outside action from the warmth of the kitchen!

Alecia and I had to laugh at all the drink glasses we had. How can two families be 11 people?

Andy, Holly and Aubrey spend Saturday with us. Aubrey needs a pair of waders.

Aleigha, Aubrey and Haley relaxing and reading some books.

Chloe and Whittney

Can't forget Max!

Target Practice in Indiana

Nathan, Gavin, Tyler and Brad

Boys having fun!

Haley had to try out the 22 as well.

Brad and Nathan not only had some target practice with some guns, but Brad also got a chance to use a compound bow for the first time. I am guessing that will be a future purchase. Nathan shared the ins and outs and when the Cabela's catalog was opened it started to get serious! LOL.. (FUN...FUN...FUN)

I even enjoyed the target practice. Felt a little weak trying out the compound bow, the 22 was fun and the 44 rifle had some kick! :~)

Ice Fishing

Arriving at the lake to get started ice fishing!
This was Brad and Tyler's first time and they were very excited for the experience.

Bridge to get on the ice for those without waders on.
The ice was 8 inches thick and plenty safe even though this picture makes it a little questionable.

Nathan helping Tyler and Gavin get their poles ready.

It was a beautiful day for an enjoyable time fishing.

4 Wheeling in Indiana

Nathan keeping the boys safe!

Haley had an opportunity to ride all three 4 wheelers and loved every minute of it. Alecia even sent her across the field to Uncle Pat and and Aunt Sue's house to pick up some sour cream. She did a fabulous job!

Alecia with Aleigha and Haley

Wow....Andy and Aubrey are flying......

Aleigha

Where's Andy????

There he is!
