The morning after the ice storm.

This is the ice covered tree in the second storm wave has hit blog post. As you can see the tree made it through and is upright again. :~) We were also the lucky ones to wake up with power this morning. Half of our county is powerless and our city has issued a state of emergency. Sounds like the worst is over so it can only get better from here.

There were hunks of ice falling out of the trees last night. Here are some of the remnants.

The kids igloo is hard as a rock in the front yard. The kids think that is pretty cool.

Brad is sliding down the sidewalk to cut up the branch that fell in the road up the street a little bit.
